I’m Emily (but you can call me Em). I’m a female brand and web designer empowering other women in business — always with a matcha in hand and way too many ideas in my head.

I help ambitious, heart-led women build brands and websites that feel like them and stand out from the crowd, not like a Pinterest mashup or a template everyone else is using. What I love most about my work is seeing the unique parts of women that they might not even see themselves, and helping bring those out through their brand.

From Estonia 🇪🇪 to Mexico 🇲🇽

I’m originally from a small town in Estonia (yes, the land of forests and winter wonderland), and I made my dream come true by moving to sunny Mexico. I spent several years working as a translator, but I always wanted to do something more creative, so I took the leap into branding and web design.

Here in Mexico, I’m with my lovely husband Ricky, who’s not just my partner in life but also in business. Funnily enough, he also chose a less creative path (Engineering) before turning to music and design. This comes in handy when we get to the technical side of things, especially with web projects.

What I believe

A brand isn’t a logo. It isn’t a pretty feed. And it definitely isn’t a Canva font you saw on Instagram. Your brand is your story, your voice, your unique approach, your values, your visuals, and the feeling people get when they interact with you, all combined with solid strategy.

Even though I’m based in Mexico, I work with clients all over the world. One of the perks of having an online business 🙂

I love working with other women-owned small businesses because I know what it’s like to build something that’s yours from the ground up. There’s a lot that comes with running your own business — the excitement, the overthinking, the big goals, and all the little (and big) decisions in between.

I love helping women create brands that make them feel confident showing up and excited about where their business is headed next.

Outside of work

When I’m not working on client projects, you’ll probably find me on a long walk, doing yoga, playing cozy games like Stardew Valley.. Most of the time though, I’m hanging out with my cats — Sam, my crazy black panther, and little Miso, our tiny boss baby who truly believes he runs this business.
